Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining AI architectures, driving innovation, and mentoring teams while delivering impactful business solutions., * Lead the design and development of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions.

Define and implement architectures leveraging:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
AI Agents
Modern AI frameworks
Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications.
Define and implement best practices for:
Prompt Engineering
Model Evaluation
Fine-Tuning
Design and maintain scalable AI and MLOps pipelines.
Lead technical innovation initiatives and contribute to AI strategy.
Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and development best practices.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value solutions.
Mentor and support junior and mid-level Data Scientists.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields like Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimums 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
Proven experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with stacks like: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Model Fine-Tuning, MLOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Knowledge of Data Engineering, APIs, Containers, Git and CI/CD.
Strong technical leadership capabilities
