Job description

Bridge351 is looking for a ServiceNow Automation Tester to join a strategic project for the European Commission, based in Brussels.

If you’re passionate about test automation, DevSecOps, and building scalable frameworks for enterprise platforms, this could be your next challenge.

What you’ll do:

Design, build and monitor automated tests for applications on the ServiceNow Platform

Contribute to integrating automated testing into the overall testing strategy

Evaluate and select the best-fit automation tools and technologies, applying a DevSecOps approach

Define the methodology and architecture for test automation

Design and develop new or modified test automation solutions aligned with business needs

Drive the transition from manual to automated testing

Build automated test reporting and metrics collection

Develop and maintain robust, scalable and reusable automation frameworks (web, API, backend)

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast feedback

Collaborate with developers and manual testers to promote a shift-left testing culture

What we’re looking for:

Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, RestAssured, or similar) for web, API and mobile testing

Familiarity with automated test generation using Generative AI

Hands-on experience building test automation solutions from scratch

Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools

Experience with test data management

Proficiency in a programming language for automation (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, GitLab CI)

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Certification (mandatory):

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer or equivalent

Soft skills \& languages:

️ Clear, structured and comprehensive reporting

️ Comfortable working in international/multicultural teams

️ Self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills

️ Adaptable to evolving automation frameworks, languages and CI/CD tools

️ Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus

️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

️ Autonomous and team-oriented, with a results-driven mindset

Candidate profile:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
