Job description

Lead UX design projects from end to end
Conduct user research and usability testing
Define personas, customer journeys, and user flows
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders
Advocate for user needs in multidisciplinary teams
Ensure accessible designs based on WCAG standards
Participate in Agile processes and collaborate with distributed teams

Requirements

Degree or Master’s in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related discipline
4-7 Years of experience in UX Design
Experience leading complex design projects
Solid portfolio with user-centered solutions
Advanced proficiency in Figma
Experience with User Research, Usability Testing, Wireframing, Prototyping, and high-fidelity design
Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and Inclusive Design
Excellent communication and influencing skills with Product and IT teams
Collaborative mindset, empathy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in Agile environments
English
Nice to have: Adobe XD or Sketch, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
