Job description

As a Senior Software Engineer C++/C#/Python you develop system control software for high-tech products and machines.

In this role, you support our customers in creating and integrating system control software for high-tech equipment in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical equipment industry, within the Brainport region and beyond. Your software expertise plays a vital role in bringing high-tech solutions to life, for different operating systems, including state machine modelling and real-time aspects.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in software development in the high-tech industries (e.g. Semiconductor, Analytical or Medical).
  • Experience in building OS-based system control software, in modern C++ using model-driven practices, in an Agile or SAFe way of working.
  • Strong expertise in modern C++ and C#, with additional experience in other programming languages such as Python, across different operating systems, including state machine, real-time and/or high-performance aspects.
  • Good experience with legacy code, adding new features, performing refactoring.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or ICT related education.
  • Open to work flexible times and willingness to travel abroad.
  • Valid European driving license
