Delivery Manager - Agile-Product-Digital

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to help high-performing product, and technology teams deliver valuable business outcomes in a predictable, sustainable and collaborative way.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads and Engineering teams, ensuring products are delivered effectively while continuously improving team performance and ways of working., As a Delivery Manager, you will:

Support one or more cross-functional product teams to deliver successful outcomes.

Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives.

Help teams identify and manage risks, dependencies, priorities and blockers.

Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.

Use delivery metrics and insights to improve performance and delivery confidence.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology and the wider business.

Communicate progress, risks and delivery status clearly and effectively.

Contribute to the ongoing development of delivery practices and agile ways of working.

You are passionate about helping teams succeed and have experience delivering within product-led technology environments.

Essential Experience

Experience supporting cross-functional product or technology teams.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience partnering with Product Owners, engineering teams and business stakeholders.

Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops.

Ability to manage competing priorities, risks and dependencies.

Experience coaching teams and driving continuous improvement.

Strong understanding of delivery metrics and data-driven decision making.

Desirable

Experience working within regulated industries such as financial services or insurance.

Knowledge of DORA Metrics and/or Flow Metrics.

Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, SAFe, AgilePM or similar.
