Job description

Develop and manage the Cutover Strategy and detailed Cutover Plan
Lead cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers and go-live activities
Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout deployment
Manage risks, dependencies, contingency and rollback plans
Oversee data migration validation and business sign-off
Support Hypercare and transition into Business as Usual

Desirable

SAP SuccessFactors implementation or integration experience
Experience delivering complex ERP transformation, migration, merger or divestiture programmes

Requirements

This is a key role within a complex ERP transformation, requiring someone with proven experience managing cutover activities across business and technical teams while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Essential Experience

10+ years’ SAP project experience
Proven SAP Cutover Management experience on large transformation programmes
At least 2 full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
Experience within SAP Retail and SAP Finance environments
Strong understanding of SAP deployment, go-live and Hypercare processes
Excellent stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills
Experience coordinating business, technical, infrastructure, testing and data migration teams

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term transformation programme running through to December 2027, offering an initial 6-month contract, £600-£650 per day, and Outside IR35 status.
