Job description
You will be the go-to NetSuite expert for the business - part administrator, part in-house developer. Day to day, you will build and maintain SuiteScript customisations, manage system updates across products, classes and customers, run data migrations and imports/exports, and produce the reporting that the finance, sales and operations teams rely on. You will also work with third-party integrations and translate technical wins back to non-technical stakeholders., *Build and maintain SuiteScript customisations (SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x) to support day-to-day business operations, including inherited legacy scripts
*Manage NetSuite system updates across products, classes, customers and other core master data
*Handle NetSuite data migrations, imports and exports, and general data-quality initiatives
*Build powerful reports and dashboards in NetSuite (SuiteAnalytics) and Excel, tailored to finance, sales and operations stakeholders
*Own and evolve NetSuite integrations with third-party platforms, working with external vendors where required
*Communicate technical work back to the wider team in plain English, and champion NetSuite best practice internally
Requirements
*At least 2 years’ commercial experience in a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Developer role
*Solid working knowledge of SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x
*Confident with SuiteAnalytics, saved searches and NetSuite reporting
*Good understanding of database structures and data-integration concepts
*A problem-solver who can juggle multiple workstreams, hit deadlines and still keep an eye on the detail
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own car - the office is in a rural setting outside Reading and public transport is limited
The Candidate - Desirable
*Previous in-house NetSuite experience at a distribution, wholesale or technology business
*Experience with NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary and multi-currency
*Exposure to iPaaS platforms (Boomi, Celigo, Workato) or bespoke NetSuite integrations
*NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer certification
About You
You enjoy owning a NetSuite platform end-to-end - you like the mix of quick admin wins, small development tickets and larger data or integration projects. You are pragmatic and detail-focused, comfortable pushing back on a request that would create technical debt, and equally happy explaining what you have built to a non-technical stakeholder in plain English.
Benefits & conditions
*Competitive salary - dependent on experience
*Hybrid working with genuine flexibility
*25 days annual leave, with additional days for long service
*Dedicated Wellbeing Day
*Life Insurance (4x salary) and pension scheme
