Job description

We are working with a growing multi-displinary architecture practice who are seeking ARB Project Architect to join their central London studio. The practice specialises in tge delivery of complex and technically challenging data centre projects across the UK and internationally. As a key member of the design team, you will take ownership of project delivery, coordinate design information in Revit, and contribute to the successful execution of highly technical building solutions. Prior data centre experience isnt necessary but highly desirable., Lead the architectural design and delivery of data centre projects through all RIBA stagesDevelop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models and project documentationCollaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirementsCoordinate multidisciplinary design information and resolve technical challengesPrepare planning, tender, and construction package documentationAttend project meetings, workshops, and site visits as requiredSupport junior team members and contribute to best-practice BIM workflows

Requirements

ARB registered Architect with 3-4 years post-qualification experienceProven experience leading projects through technical design and construction stagesAdvanced proficiency in Revit and strong BIM coordination skillsExperience producing detailed technical packages and construction informationExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentThe right to live and work in the UK - the practice cannot sponsor
