T-Systems Iberia busca un arquitecto de IA y ITSM/AIOps para diseñar soluciones empresariales basadas en IA generativa, con foco en agentes, RAG y automatización. Se responsabilizará de definición de modelos, flows y criterios de validación, con participación hands-on en implementación.Se valorará experiencia en ITSM, observabilidad y integración con APIs y sistemas cloud.
