SAP Solution Architect

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for a large-scale SAP Payroll transformation programme, ensuring a coherent design across functional, technical, and integration layers

Lead solution design decisions and provide architectural governance throughout the programme lifecycle - from discovery and process design through build, test, and deployment

Strong overall SAP solution architecture experience, with the ability to evaluate design options, manage trade-offs, and ensure alignment with clean core and enterprise architecture principles

Define and oversee the integration landscape, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flows and interface designs

Manage cross-workstream dependencies (functional, data, integration, security, testing) and act as the design authority across delivery teams

Engage confidently with senior client stakeholders - presenting solution options, securing design sign-offs, and supporting programme governance forums

Prior SAP HR/Payroll implementation experience is not mandatory but highly recommended; strong architecture fundamentals and transformation delivery experience are essential
