SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

You will take architectural ownership of complex SuccessFactors solutions, working across business, functional and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

• Designing scalable end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Translating business and technical requirements into solution architectures.
• Governing configuration and integration design across SuccessFactors modules.
• Ensuring effective integration with wider ERP and enterprise platforms.
• Leading architecture and design reviews.
• Supporting testing, data migration, cutover, deployment and hypercare planning.
• Advising senior stakeholders on HR technology and transformation strategy.
• Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Providing guidance on SuccessFactors roadmap developments and emerging SAP technologies.
• Supporting pre-sales, solution shaping, estimates and proposals.

The successful candidate will have significant end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience, strong multi-module knowledge and the ability to lead solution architecture across design, integration, delivery and deployment.

Essential Experience

• 3-4 full end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations delivered in a Solution Architect capacity.
• Deep expertise across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Strong understanding of Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Learning and Payroll processes and their interdependencies.
• Proven SuccessFactors solution architecture experience covering design, integration, configuration governance, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Strong understanding of SuccessFactors within the wider SAP/ERP/enterprise application landscape.
• Experience defining solution architecture, technology roadmaps and architectural standards.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and presentation skills, including engagement at C-suite level.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed delivery teams.
• Understanding of agile delivery, architectural governance, solution risk and technical debt.

Experience with wider SAP technologies including:

• SAP BTP
• SAP Work Zone
• Pre-sales and solution-shaping experience, including estimation, proposals/RFPs and client presentations., The successful candidate must also be eligible to obtain SC (Security Check) clearance. The role requires candidates to meet the applicable security screening criteria, including the stated requirement for continuous UK residency for the last five years.
