Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engineering, installing and configuring infrastructure solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Handling escalated support tickets and operational issues
  • Developing scripts and automation using technologies such as PowerShell
  • Supporting infrastructure across a global environment
  • Working closely with other infrastructure SMEs
  • Providing out-of-hours support when business-critical issues require it

Requirements

Are you an experienced Azure Engineer who enjoys being the go-to expert for cloud infrastructure, while still remaining hands-on with engineering, troubleshooting and delivery?, * Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure experience

  • Proven experience deploying and supporting Azure environments
  • Strong systems and infrastructure engineering knowledge
  • Scripting and automation experience, ideally PowerShell
  • Experience working within a global or multi-region organisation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience leading or taking technical ownership of infrastructure projects
