Strong expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including customer journey design, campaign development, and platform support. Experience integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer with Adobe Experience Cloud products. Design, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows to deliver scalable, insight-driven omnichannel customer engagement solutions.
