Forward Deployed Engineer_TT

You’ll work in a customer-facing, 0-to-1 environment - solving live problems directly with customers rather than working through a ticket queue. This is for engineers who want to own outcomes end-to-end, not just ship to spec. What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with customers to scope, build, and ship solutions from 0 to 1.
• Build, fine-tune, or deploy LLMs as part of real product workflows - not just wrap an API.
• Move fluidly between engineering and customer problem-solving, prioritizing live impact over backlog grooming.

A mid-to-senior level engineer based in the US with a strong CS background (or proven self-taught depth), who has worked at a startup or top-tier tech company, and has hands-on experience building or fine-tuning LLMs. Required:

• Based in the United States (Remote).
• Experience at a startup or top-tier technology company.
• Shipped a product or feature from 0 to 1.
• Hands-on experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying LLMs - beyond basic API calls.

Nice to have:

• Strong personal or side projects demonstrating deep technical ability.
• Degree from a top-tier Computer Science program.

Not a fit if you:

• Have only worked at large, slow-moving enterprises.
• Have only maintained existing systems, with no 0-to-1 build experience.
• Have no hands-on AI/LLM experience beyond basic API calls.
• Come from a purely back-office or internal tooling background.
