  • Beratung und Betreuung der Fachbereiche im SAP HCM-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse
  • Customizing und Implementierung neuer HCM-Funktionen
  • Erstellung praxisnaher Konzepte und Dokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Support für Anwender

Requirements

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der SAP Beratung
  • Kenntnisse in dem Modul SAP HCM inkl. Customizing
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Untermodul PY
