Job description

Crossover is seeking an Application Support Engineer to resolve complex tickets with a blend of hands-on troubleshooting and AI-guided analysis. You will own issues end-to-end, document diagnostics, and guide AI-assisted workflows in a fast-paced, contract-based role.The position requires 2+ years in a technical role, strong REST/JSON API skills, and proficiency with AI tools. Working hours are 1:00 PM-10:00 PM UTC, and you will operate as a Contractor of Record under Crossover.#J-*****-Ljbffr
