Job description

  • LIS-Administration: Konfiguration und technischer Betrieb von Swisslab.
  • Systemintegration: Anbindung von Analysegeräten und Mapping von Schnittstellen (HL7, LDT, FHIR, ASTM).
  • Workflow-Optimierung: Technische Gestaltung der Prozesse von der Bestellung bis zum Archiv.
  • Support & Analyse: 1st/2nd Level Support inkl. Fehlerdiagnose und SQL-Datenbankabfragen.
  • Dokumentation: Erstellung technischer Blueprints und System-Dokumentationen.

Requirements

  • Hintergrund: MTL mit hoher IT-Expertise oder IT-Fachkraft mit Labor-Erfahrung.
  • System-Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit Laborsoftware (idealerweise Swisslab).
  • Tech-Skills: Grundkenntnisse in SQL, Programmierlogik und Ticket-Systemen.
  • Schnittstellen-Wissen: Verständnis für medizinische Datentransfers und Protokolle.
  • Arbeitsweise: Analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
  • Sprachen: Deutsch fließend (C1).
