Job description

  • Unterstützung bei Supporttätigkeiten im Bereich Windows Client, Drucker sowie Netzwerk & Telekommunikation direkt beim Kunden
  • Ausführung von IT-Supportarbeiten gemäß B/F, IMAC und H+E Tickets sowie spezifischen Projektaufgaben
  • Entgegennahme von Anrufen, Erfassung und Zuweisung von Tickets für Störungsmeldungen

Requirements

  • Berufsausbildung im Bereich IT (z.B. Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration, IT-System-Elektroniker/in, etc.) oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildungen und Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in den aktuellen Windows-Betriebssystemen und iOS sowie Standardsoftware (Office, Adobe)
  • Versiert im Umgang mit Hardware und mobilen Endgeräten
  • Routiniert in der Nutzung von Ticketsystemen
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke (Patching)
