Maximo SCM Application Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will support and shape SCM applications to optimize inventory management. You will translate business requirements into functional designs for Maximo and related tools, collaborating across Supply Chain and technology teams. You will drive design, testing, and governance activities while staying current with Maximo updates. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, offering impact on how we manage materials and processes at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Design SCM solutions aligned with business objectives and SCM strategy * Translate stakeholder requirements into functional designs for Maximo applications * Develop test plans, scripts, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) * Coordinate handoffs with the Maximo Enablement team for capability development * Build strategic partnerships across Technology, Supply Chain (Gas, Nuclear, Generation, Power Delivery) and Enterprise Transformation * Articulate vision and priorities of the Supply Chain Maximo Technology Organization to influence outcomes * Coordinate and produce metrics for continuous improvement * Participate in governance teams (Materials Inventory Management, EzMax Mobile) * Develop and maintain system documentation including functional specs and architecture diagrams * Stay current with Maximo updates and industry trends; recommend upgrades or improvements * Facilitate training sessions for end-users and SCM staff to maximize system use Tasks * Minimum 3 years of experience with IBM Maximo focused on SCM Applications * Proven track record of Maximo implementations and configurations * Experience with Maximo MAS is highly desirable * Proven experience in process documentation/flows * Experience working with highly integrated software * Strong SQL skills * Knowledge of SDLC; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall * Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project-management skills * Good communication, relationship-building and influencing abilities * Strong understanding of supply chain processes and their integration with Maximo SCM modules Key requirements * competitive base salary * annual incentive awards (eligible) * health, welfare and retirement benefits * comprehensive total rewards strategy * opportunity for additional incentive programs
