Job description
In this role, the engineer will focus on their member funnel growth team focusing on new member experience, re-onboarding experiences, member retargeting, and personalized lifecycle journeys.
Requirements
- 3+ years building high-velocity growth/fintech products (shipped features that moved metrics)
- Strong full-stack fundamentals: React/TypeScript frontend, Node/Java/Python backend, SQL proficiency
- Comfort with A/B testing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to unblock product partners (PM, Design, DSML) with platform/data work
- Experience working in regulated/financial services environment is a plus, A/B Testing, DSML, Financial Services, Java, Metrics, Node.js, Python Programming/Scripting Language, React.js, SQL (Structured Query Language), Software Engineering, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), eCommerce
