Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Transformation - Director

Experteer Overview In this role you drive AI-enabled transformation by partnering with business and tech leaders to reimagine core processes. You will design actionable AI-powered solutions, prototype quickly, and bridge gaps between business needs and engineering. You’ll stay ahead of AI developments, measure impact, and help scale adoption of reference AI solutions and agents. This position offers ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership opportunities within Citi’s AI program.
