Experteer Overview As the digital functional owner for the Installed Base scope, you translate business needs into precise functional specs and ensure seamless integration across data systems.You will shape end-to-end data flows, API interactions, and MDM rules within Schneider Installed Base, supporting digital services growth.Your work enables cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features with clear acceptance criteria.This role offers the chance to drive digital transformation in a global, fast-paced environment and contribute to a more sustainable world.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Review solution designs for functional completeness and validate data flows, integration patterns, and API specifications against requirements* Assess incoming business needs for clarity and readiness to proceed to definition* Lead requirements workshops, analyze end-to-end processes and translate needs into Functional Documentation per IB Digital standards* Create Jira Features linked to Business Needs with measurable acceptance criteria and sign-off* Participate in backlog refinement and ensure Features meet Definition of Ready* Ensure PI-bound Features are complete and properly sized; participate in PI Planning to resolve dependencies* Be available during sprints to answer questions, clarify acceptance criteria, and resolve ambiguities* Support UAT by validating acceptance criteria and guiding business sign-off* Analyze integration issues and provide functional root cause analysis with recommended resolutions* Maintain traceability from Business Need to Functional Documentation to Features and keep Jira up to date* Contribute to documentation standards and onboard new Functional Analysts* Act as primary functional contact for stakeholders, Architects, Tech Leads, and Delivery LeadsResponsabilidades* 4+ years in IT product, functional analyst, or architecture roles with requirements definition and delivery* Bachelor in Information Technology or related field* Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) environments and data governance* Ability to translate complex processes into precise functional requirements* Strong communication with business and technical teams in a multicultural, distributed setting* Experience managing concurrent functional workstreams* Ability to read, write, and validate API specifications (REST/SOAP) and interpret SQL for traceability* Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)* Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking* Fluent English (written and spoken)* Willingness to travel ****%Requisitos principales hybrid work plan* Wellbeing platform Wellwo* Wellhub gym network access* life insurance* stock ownership program* Flexible Remuneration Plan

• 4+ years in IT product, functional analyst, or architecture roles with requirements definition and delivery
• Bachelor in Information Technology or related field
• Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) environments and data governance
• Ability to translate complex processes into precise functional requirements
• Strong communication with business and technical teams in a multicultural, distributed setting
• Experience managing concurrent functional workstreams
• Ability to read, write, and validate API specifications (REST/SOAP) and interpret SQL for traceability
• Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight)
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for documentation and tracking
