Job description

We’re partnering with a fast-growing fintech looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a fully remote engineering team. This is a hands-on C#/.NET role focused on modernising core FX trading and operational systems. You’ll work across new feature development, system improvements, cloud-native architecture, integrations and technical debt reduction in a fast-moving environment where engineers have real ownership and influence. The team is actively embedding AI into the software development lifecycle, so this role requires someone already using AI tools, coding assistants or coding agents in their day-to-day engineering workflow, with an interest in pushing this further in a practical environment. The ideal background is fintech or financial markets, with direct FX / foreign exchange experience. This could include FX trading, treasury, liquidity, pricing, execution, risk, Pn L, settlements, reconciliation or related middle/back-office FX systems.Just as important is the ability to work broadly. This is not a narrow, siloed role. You’ll need to be comfortable getting involved across design, development, support, integration, modernisation and problem-solving where requirements are not always fully defined.Requirements: Hands-on use of AI tools, coding assistants or coding agents AWS or Azure cloud exposure Experience with microservices, messaging or event-driven systems Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments This is a strong opportunity for a senior.NET engineer with FX experience who wants a broad, high-ownership role in a modern fintech environment, with real scope to influence cloud modernisation, AI-enabled development practices and the evolution of core trading systems.#J-*****-Ljbffr
