OverviewAs a Data Scientist - Workforce Analytics you will build scalable analytics and predictive models to power Strategic Workforce Planning across Allianz Technology.Working with the People Analytics team, you will forecast workforce demand and supply, identify skills gaps, and advise on build, buy or borrow strategies, turning complex workforce datasets into actionable insights, data products, and decision?support tools.Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.ResponsibilitiesConduct in?depth data analysis and exploratory studies on workforce datasets from People & Culture, payroll, learning, time & attendance, and finance systems to uncover trends and insights that support Strategic Workforce Planning.Lead scenario modeling for Strategic Workforce Planning (e.g., demand/supply gaps, skills adjacencies, reskilling vs. hiring trade?offs) and translate outcomes into clear business recommendations.Develop forecasting and optimization models for headcount, attrition, hiring, internal mobility, and capacity planning.Design and curate reusable dashboards and self?serve data products for People & Culture and business leaders; ensure a single source of truth and strong data governance.Establish model documentation, validation, monitoring, and MLOps practices to maintain accuracy, fairness, and stability; keep audit?ready artifacts.Ensure responsible use of workforce data by applying privacy?by?design, access controls, and anonymization aligned with applicable regulations and Allianz standards.Qualifications4+ years of experience in data science/advanced analytics with proven delivery in workforce planning, people analytics, or financial planning domains.Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with notebooks and data frameworks (e.g., pandas, PySpark) and version control (Git).Hands?on experience with time?series forecasting, optimization, simulation, and/or causal methods; ability to link model outputs to business decisions.Experience in BI and data visualisation (PowerBI) and data storytelling for executive stakeholders.Experience integrating data from People & Culture and operational systems; strong data modelling and data quality mindset.Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business actions.Machine?learning knowledge is a plus.A creative mind with a passion for exploring new approaches and generating innovative solutions to complex workforce challenges.BenefitsHybrid work model with up to 25 days per year working from abroad.Competitive compensation and benefits, including bonus scheme, pension, employee shares programme, and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).Career development and digital learning programmes, plus international mobility opportunities for lifelong learning.Flexible working, health and wellbeing offers (including healthcare and parental leave) to support family and career balance and return from career breaks.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an equal?opportunity employer.We encourage applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those who identify as LGBTQ+.xcskxlj You may bring your whole self to work, and we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.#J-*****-Ljbffr
