Job description

Experteer Overview In this BIE role, you’ll design and deliver BI solutions to support Safety Performance Insights, shaping data-driven decisions for global workplace safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll partner with senior leaders to uncover insights from diverse data sources, automating reporting and ensuring data integrity. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, communicate roadmaps, and continuously learn new techniques to drive product and process innovation. Your work will directly influence safety outcomes and strategic priorities across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Design, implement, and deliver BI solutions for complex problems * Perform deep-dive analyses to inform leadership decisions * Identify opportunities to drive reporting and business strategy * Provide written insights to shape metric development and reporting * Automate reporting, audits, and data-driven activities * Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data infrastructure and access * Establish data integrity, consistency, validation, and documentation practices * Learn new technologies to support product and process innovation Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field * 3+ years of experience analyzing data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. * Experience in data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Maternity and parental leave options * Paid time off (PTO) * 401(k) plan with company contributions * Sign-on payments and RSUs * Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
