Job description

The WW Engineering & Innovation (WWEI) Central PMO is the strategic operations function supporting a VP-level engineering organization of 1,000+ engineers. We own the business cadence, executive reporting, portfolio visibility, and operational mechanisms that enable WWEI leadership to make faster, better-informed decisions., You will work closely with senior program managers who define requirements and product direction. Your job is to take those requirements and build cohesive, scalable, automated, executive-ready systems. You will be the sole dedicated technical builder on the team - what you create becomes the operating system for the entire PMO., * Build and maintain dashboards, tools, and platforms that serve VP/SVP-level executives

  • Translate PM-defined requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Design data architecture connecting leadership level team portfolios to org-level views
  • Own the full build lifecycle: requirements intake * design * build * deploy * iterate
  • Automate manual reporting processes currently done in Excel
  • Evaluate existing tools and build integrations or replacements
  • Maintain and iterate on all platforms post-launch based on PM feedback and evolving needs
  • Document technical architecture and create runbooks for platform maintenance

Requirements

3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience

  • 1+ years of SQL, ETL or Oracle experience
  • 1+ years of processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources experience
  • 1+ years of performing statistical analysis experience
  • 1+ years of developing automated reporting experience
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift
  • Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
