Principal Business Intelligence Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will translate healthcare data into actionable insights for executives, physicians, and clinical teams. You will build and present reports that support strategic goals, collaborating with leaders to drive data-driven decisions. You’ll streamline reporting processes, tell data-driven stories, and empower health leaders with evidence-based recommendations. Compensation / Benefits * Gather data and generate routine and ad-hoc reports * Present information to customers at all levels, including executives and clinical staff * Design metrics and reports; build data solutions aligned with strategic goals * Improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and impact * Answer complex data requests with clear interpretation and storytelling * Collaborate with leaders to understand how data supports operations and decisions * Document process flows and ensure accuracy; provide end-user training on tools * Analyze effectiveness of existing reports and propose improvements * Relay findings to support decision making and act as liaison between Analytics and Business leaders Tasks * Five (5) years of experience in health analytics/reporting roles or related BI/analytics positions * Experience with SQL Server, Cerner, ETL frameworks, Python, data visualization tools, predictive modeling, SAS, machine learning, Power BI, Tableau, and Lean Six Sigma * Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; equivalent combinations accepted * Strong ability to fulfill complex requests and provide clarity in ambiguous data situations * Experience in healthcare environment and cross-functional collaboration Key requirements *
