Job description
Experteer Overview As a Mid-Level UX Designer at Citi, you’ll shape digital HR products through user-centered design. You’ll collaborate with product, research, and engineering to craft wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals within the Design System. You’ll apply research and accessibility standards to ensure usable, accessible experiences and deliver strong design assets on schedule. This role offers impact by improving everyday employee experiences across onboarding, benefits, and performance. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with research, stakeholders, product managers and engineering to brainstorm and co-create solutions * Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and the Design System * Ensure designs follow best practices informed by research and testing * Challenge the status quo to address root causes for better user outcomes * Deliver design assets to engineering with clear guidance for implementation * Provide ongoing UX support with review checkpoints to ensure build accuracy * Stay up to date with UX practices, innovations, and tools * Ensure designs comply with ADA/WCAG accessibility standards * Deliver on time and manage risks, escalating when needed * Assist and train new UX starters and contribute to the UX community Tasks * 3+ years of UX design experience * Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience on complex, enterprise-scale or consumer design projects * Creative flair and good eye for design * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision * Experience working with Design Systems * Practical experience using AI-enabled design tools and ability to evaluate AI outputs * Bachelor’s Degree Key requirements * medical, dental & vision coverage * 401(k) * life, accidental, and disability insurance * wellness programs * paid time off (vacation) * paid holidays
