Job description

Camfil is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to design, implement, and administer core compensation programs across the EMEA region. The role supports pay transparency compliance under EU directives and will cover a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave assignment.Location can be in Spain, Poland, Czechia or the UK. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in Total Rewards or HR Analytics, with strong Excel and HRIS skills, plus familiarity with market benchmarking and compensation surveys.#J-*****-Ljbffr
