Oracle DBA

This will be a “level 2” DBA that would help us cover escalation of Oracle operations issues, projects, and application coordination. Location: Chandler, AZ (pretty sure that’s not negotiable)

I’m certain they want someone well experienced with Oracle v19 (23/26 a plus), Exadata platform, and any Goldengate replication experience will put a candidate to the front Experience with Remedy or equivalent Incident and Change Management tools. Hands-on experience with Toad and Oracle Enterprise Manager. Knowledge of Exadata Smart Scan, HCC Compression, and performance optimization techniques. Strong scripting skills using Shell, Python, Ansible, or similar technologies. Familiarity with CyberArk and enterprise credential management solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Experience supporting large-scale financial services or mission-critical enterprise applications. Knowledge of enterprise observability, monitoring, and automation platforms. Experience supporting database migrations, cloud adoption, and modernization programs. Oracle Certifications such as: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) Experience supporting global production environments with 24x7 operational requirements. Support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) database services and migration projects. Participate in database modernization, cloud transformation, and platform optimization initiatives. Work closely with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, and engineering teams to deliver reliable database services.
