DT Technical Analyst Sr

The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for service delivery and project deliverables within the global infrastructure environment. This role will identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts to improve service delivery. This role will be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more key technologies under the infrastructure domain. It is expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

Within the technical analyst roles, team members will support a wide variety of departments and disciples which will include:

• DataBaseAdministration(DBA)

• Server

• DataNetwork, These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

• Responsiblefor supporting ongoing medium tohigh complexity maintenance,Run-the-Business(RTB) support, and Incident ServiceRequestsofthe assigned global infrastructurearea.

• Provide solutions for bothRTBandproject efforts ofmediumto high complexity.

• Serveasa projectresourceon application and infrastructureproject efforts representingfunctional capabilities.

• Assist withgathering requirements, creating recommendations, andimplementingsolutionstomeet theprojectrequirements.

• Relevantindustry related certifications.

• InformationTechnology experience within the manufacturingindustry.

• Ability to effectively communicate.

• Ability toworkin a team environment.

• Strong organizational skills withexceptional follow throughandattentionto detail.

• Strong time-management and prioritization skills, abletomulti-taskandprioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.

TECHNOLOGIES

• Database Administration:

• Oracle Role: Experiencein Oracle database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle RMAN; Experiencewithin Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Multi-tenant database, Oracle Goldengate, Enterprise Manager and/or Exadata;Experiencewithinoperating systems (Linus(RHEL,SUSE, OEL), AIX,or Solaris; OracleCertifiedProfessional.

• SQL Role: Knowledge andexperiencewithin database build,databasearchitecture,database backup andrecovery; Knowledge with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS; Experience in SQL 2016, 2014 and/or2012;Experiencein Widows 2012,2008,and/or2003; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert(MCSE).

• Server:

• AIX: Experience withAIXon IBM Power Systems andAIXvirtualization; Experience with deploying and patchingAIX systems usingHMC; IBM AIXCertification

• Linux: RedHat Certification;ExperiencewithdeployingandpatchingLinuxserver systems usingRedHat Satellite.

• Windows: Experience with VMware and server virtualizationtechnology; Microsoft Certification, VMware Certification.

• Data Network: NetworkA+Certification,Cisco CCNA or CNNP Certification, ITIL FoundationCertification

• Voice Network: Cisco CCNAor CNNP Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification,ExperiencewithAvaya CM, SME, and Contact Center.

• Storage :Experiencewith operating systems such asLinux RedHat, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and WindowsServer 2008 and2012; Experience withenterprise storage concepts (EMC VAX, VNX; Replication and DR design andmonitoring); Experience with backup and recovery concepts(EMC Avamar and Data Domain); Experiencewith Microsoft Active Directory (NTFS, DFS, and file services); Experience with VMware and vSphere; Knowledge of Brocade DCFM and FabricManagement.

• Application Platforms :

• Oracle JDE CNC : Experience inJDE CNC Administration, JDE systemadministration,andJDE security administration;Experiencewithconfiguringandsupporting JDE onanythe following operations systems, databasesand middleware technologies: IBM I,IBMAIX,MS Servers, Linux, DB2i, Oracle DB,Microsoft SQL, IBM WebSphere, and Oracle WebLogic. CNC Certification isdesirable.

• Middleware :Experiencewithconfiguration and administration ofthe following middleware applicationserverplatforms: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, and Wildfly/JBOSS. Certificationinanyofthese platforms isdesirable.SomeexperiencewithOperating Systems (Windows, RHEL orotherLinux)is required. KnowledgeofIAMispreferred.

• Working Hours: Our team operates 24/7 due to the nature of the digital technology work we support. In this role, you must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when the business requires it.

• Physical Demands: Frequent Sitting,Hearing, Talking, Visual, Typing,ManualDexterity;SeldomStanding,Walking/Running, Reaching,Driving,Bending/Kneeling,FineDexterity,UpperExtremityRepetitiveMotion,andLifting/CarryingandPushing/Pullingup to 40lbs.

Pay Range:

$92,600.00 - $154,400.00

Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate’s experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
