Senior Technical Consultant, Solutions Development

Experteer Overview In this role you drive configuration, installation, and adoption of custom mortgage technology solutions, serving as a bridge between clients and internal developers. You shape how solutions meet business objectives and_IT initiatives, ensuring high-quality deployments and timely delivery. You’ll leverage Encompass SDK and API expertise to guide clients, perform QA, and translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans. Compensation / Benefits * Drive configuration, installation, and adoption of custom client solutions * Serve as liaison between business users and internal development staff * Consult with clients to implement software and industry best practices * Act as subject matter expert for the Encompass SDK and API * Represent business users in QA testing * Light scripting and formula derivation to automate processes * Translate field-level data points to third-party systems * Provide technical support for implementation issues * Document installation instructions for custom solutions * Provide failure analysis and root-cause reproduction scenarios * Reproduce diverse issues quickly for troubleshooting * Support sales in positioning and quoting custom development services * Gather requirements for technical Statements of Work * Design and architect custom solutions * Consult with clients and vendors for clear requirements * Define use cases for custom solutions Tasks * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline * 5+ years technical experience troubleshooting mission critical application solutions * 5+ years software development experience * Experience with XML, JSON * Proficiency in C# and JavaScript * Knowledge of overall application architectural components * Mortgage Industry and Encompass Experience (preferred) * Professional written and verbal communication skills for business and technical users * Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms * Team-oriented, professional, cooperative attitude Key requirements *
