Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and optimize the organization’s network, voice, and security infrastructure. You will design and deploy LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networks while administering VOIP systems and Cisco IP Phones with ISE integration. You will ensure secure, reliable performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure upgrades. This position offers growth within a highly skilled IT team and exposure to enterprise-grade technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy and oversee LAN/WAN/VPN/wireless networks * Configure and monitor VOIP systems (Cisco IP Phones with ISE) * Develop network solutions aligned with strategic objectives * Assess new networking technologies for efficiency * Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and minimize downtime * Perform firmware updates, patches, hardware replacements * Implement and manage security measures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption) * Conduct vulnerability assessments and enforce data protection policies * Analyze traffic, tune QoS, optimize network configurations * Collaborate with system admins, developers, and security teams * Maintain network documentation and reporting * Prepare disaster recovery and business continuity plans * Mentor junior staff and lead cross-functional infrastructure projects Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience * 7-10 years in network administration with at least 2 years VOIP management * Experience designing and maintaining complex network environments * Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF knowledge * Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent hardware * Solid understanding of network security best practices, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs * Familiarity with wireless networking management * Professional certifications such as CCNP, Network+, or CISSP are highly preferred Key requirements *
