The Offer

Requirements

10+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise software applications
Extensive experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs
Strong background in software architecture, distributed systems, and SaaS platforms
Experience designing and supporting multi-tenant applications
Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns
Strong data modeling and database design experience
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database architecture
Experience with NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch
Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, object-oriented design, and software design patterns
Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and system integrations
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

Microsoft Azure cloud experience
Experience with Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker
Experience with RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka, or similar messaging technologies
API security and API versioning expertise
Angular or modern front-end framework exposure
Experience leading architectural decisions across multiple engineering teams
Experience building large-scale enterprise SaaS products
Background in workforce management, HR technology, compliance platforms, or other B2B software solutions
Experience overseeing software solution design, development, and implementation initiatives
