Job description

Experteer Overview As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you design and ensure delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for clients, working closely with stakeholders to align technology with business goals. You lead technical design sessions, define coding standards, and oversee delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration. You will shape architecture across environments and contribute to a collaborative, people-first culture that values flexibility and impactful client outcomes. This role offers exposure to diverse projects within a growing Salesforce practice at a global, human-centric firm. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations * Lead technical design sessions; architect and document solutions aligned with business objectives; identify gaps between current and desired end states * Lead code reviews to ensure quality and proper design patterns * Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Tasks * Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) * Knowledge of data integration tools and Salesforce integration with ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting * Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies * Extensive Apex VF Controllers and Apex Triggers development experience * VisualForce, Javascript, HTML design and development experience Key requirements * competitive compensation * flexible working arrangements * inclusion, diversity and equity focus * employee-first culture * opportunities for growth and client impact
