Framework Developer Senior

Experteer Overview As a Framework Developer Senior at CLA, you lead the design and development of core application frameworks to enable business needs across environments. You’ll shape the Framework Engineering Team’s strategy, drive reliable framework design, and mentor teammates while collaborating with analysts, PMs, and developers. You will apply best practices, ensure quality and security, and evaluate new technologies to improve development efficiency and system capabilities. This role blends development with framework engineering in a growth-minded, collaborative culture.
