Framework Developer Senior

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and develop core application frameworks to support CLA’s business needs while shaping the Framework Engineering Team’s strategy. You’ll collaborate with analysts, managers, and developers to define requirements, promote best practices, and ensure secure, high-quality framework solutions. You will drive tooling, monitoring, and technology evaluation to improve development efficiency. This position blends hands-on development with architecture leadership in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop core application frameworks to meet business needs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements * Advocate for coding standards, architectural patterns, and development methodologies * Provide technical guidance and knowledge-sharing within the team * Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and security of frameworks * Research and integrate new technologies to enhance efficiency and capabilities * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements Tasks * 4 years of relevant experience required * 6 years of relevant experience preferred * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience may be considered * Proficiency with Git and command line interface * Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) and YAML * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C# * Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP * Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes * Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet * Familiarity with Azure Boards or Jira/GitLab Issues * Strong understanding of cloud computing and containerization * Solid CI/CD knowledge Key requirements * health * dental * vision * 401k * comprehensive benefits * wellness programs
