Requirements
- Looking for a Testing PM that has experience managing testing teams for large cross-functional projects interacting with multiple systems.
- Preferred candidates will have a background in QA and have very strong documentation and communication skills.
Other skills required of both roles:
- Strong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.
- Strong experience performing manual testing
- Strong experience implementing QA process and methodologies
- Retail or Online Store background
- Good team and people skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Able to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessions
- Able to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.
- Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.
- Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors
