Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Earthjustice’s CRM migration to Agentforce for Nonprofit Cloud and oversee long-term management of our fundraising technology. You will enable a healthy, well-governed data ecosystem for 100+ users while partnering with Development, Communications, IT, and consultants. The position blends project-based work during migration with ongoing administration to stabilize and mature the tech stack. You will work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment that values justice, inclusion, and partnership. Compensation / Benefits * System Stewardship & Governance: manage permissions, data model, sandbox/release discipline, and change control; perform data hygiene and audits; implement lightweight automation with native tools; ensure integrated data practices across teams * User Enablement & Adoption: design and deliver training and documentation; convert repetitive support into UX improvements; foster self-service reporting culture with dashboards and guides * Reporting, Analytics & Build Support: design and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline and activity visibility; manage transition from implementation to internal ownership; address technical debt and evaluate third-party integrations * Business Process Documentation & Enablement: translate fundraising needs into clear requirements and user stories; document major moves like moves management and segmentation; steward constituency data model with Development leadership * Ongoing Learning: pursue professional development and share knowledge Tasks * 5+ years of Salesforce experience * 3+ years administering and supporting a Salesforce org with 100+ users * Solid Salesforce admin fundamentals (permissions, data model, Flows, page layouts, reports, sandbox/release) * Experience with change and release management (sandboxes, testing, documentation, staged rollouts) * Ability to translate business needs into system changes (requirements gathering, user stories) * Strong documentation skills (process maps, admin runbooks, user guides) * Nonprofit or fundraising CRM experience preferred (complex data models like households, giving credit, moves management) * Experience with implementation consultants or vendors and governance practices * Good judgment on automation vs. manual solutions and avoiding technical debt * Accelerators preferred: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, ALM tooling, marketing automation exposure, Data Cloud/Data 360, data warehouse integrations Key requirements * competitive salary * comprehensive benefits * casual and congenial work environment * remote/hybrid options * salary ranges vary by location * equal opportunity employer
