Experteer Overview In this role you enable and govern Earthjustice’s fundraising CRM as we migrate to Agentforce for Nonprofits and grow a robust, integrated tech ecosystem for 100+ users. You will partner with Development, IT, and Communications to stabilize data, automate processes, and support reporting and dashboards that inform fundraising strategy. The role blends project-based migration work with long-term administration to sustain scalable, user-friendly solutions. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven environment that values collaboration, inclusion, and excellence. Compensation / Benefits * System Stewardship & Governance: manage permissions, security, sandbox/release discipline, data integrity, and change control for Agentforce for Nonprofit; perform data hygiene and monitoring. * Automation & Data Quality: build lightweight automations (Flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, AI agents) with a long-term, sustainable approach. * Collaboration: partner with data and system owners to ensure consistent data practices across teams. * User Enablement & Adoption: design and deliver training, office hours, and documentation; translate recurring questions into UX improvements and guides; foster self-service reporting culture. * Reporting, Analytics & Build Support: design and maintain reports/dashboards for pipeline, activity, results; manage transition from implementation to internal ownership; assess third-party integrations and maintain ecosystem health. * Business Process Documentation & Enablement: translate needs into clear requirements, document fundraising processes (moves management, direct marketing, segmentation, foundation relations, prospect development); steward constituency data model. * Ongoing Learning: pursue professional development and share knowledge across the team. Tasks * 5+ years of Salesforce experience * 3+ years administering Salesforce with 100+ users in a complex, multi-team environment * Experience with change and release management (sandboxes, testing, documentation) * Ability to translate business needs into system changes (requirements gathering, user stories) and create admin documentation * Nonprofit or fundraising CRM experience and complex data models preferred (households, giving credit, moves management) * Experience with implementation consultants or vendors and governance * Strong judgement on automation vs. customization; future-proofing the ecosystem * Preferred: Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, ALM tooling, marketing automation exposure, Data Cloud (Data 360) and data warehouse integrations * Collaborative and consultative mindset; ability to align stakeholders with competing priorities * Commitment to Earthjustice values: Justice, Excellence, Inclusion, Partnership Key requirements * competitive salary * excellent benefits * casual and congenial work environment * remote/hybrid work options * salary ranges by location * opportunity to influence mission-driven tech ecosystem
