Prin Software Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Principal Software Engineer at Consumers Energy, you will shape technical direction and build scalable software that powers Michigan communities. You’ll lead engineering efforts within the Applications and Analytics team, mentoring engineers and driving best practices across the SDLC. You’ll work in a collaborative, agile environment to deliver high-impact, trustworthy technology aligned with our Digital First mission. This role offers leadership, hands-on contribution, and opportunities to explore emerging tech at scale.
