Requirements

  • Scrum master with 10+ years exp
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or SAFe certification.
  • Familiarity with Confluence and other Agile collaboration tools.
