Job description

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications usingNetCobol/Microfocus Cobol.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries forMicrosoft SQL Server 2016.
  • Work withinUnix/Linux environmentsto support application deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Perform system analysis, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience withNetCobol/Microfocus Cobol.
  • Proficiency inSQLand working knowledge ofMicrosoft SQL Server 2016.
  • Solid experience withUnix/Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA. Desirable Skills

  • Experience withSystem Z - Enterprise COBOL.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale financial or banking applications.
