Job description

* Review ServiceNow Vulnerability Response data to identify data quality issues, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies * Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards that show vulnerability trends, aging, severity, ownership, remediation progress, and open issues * Create clear reporting views for leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders * Collaborate with security and ServiceNow stakeholders to confirm reporting requirements, data definitions, and dashboard logic * Track data issues and enhancement requests, including ownership, status, and resolution progress

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Data Analyst, or in a similar role * ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) experience * Experience working with ServiceNow data * Strong Power BI experience, including building dashboards, reports, and dynamic visuals * Experience with data quality, data validation, issue tracking, or operational reporting * Ability to review data, identify trends or issues, and explain findings clearly and practically * Strong documentation skills and attention to detail * Comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
