Requirements

  • 5-9+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
  • Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITSM, and MID Server configuration.
  • Experience integrating Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Prisma Cloud, or similar vulnerability scanners.
  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.
