• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading information technology projects, or 11+ years of related business experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, project governance, risk management, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities., * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
