Experteer Overview In this role you will shape electrical hardware architectures for complex hardware systems, driving innovative design across multiple platforms. You will work within a global team to integrate new technologies, lead design reviews, and mentor engineers, contributing to scalable, cost-aware solutions. Your impact spans roadmap influence, partnerships with external teams, and delivering hardware that’s reliable and performant. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of architecture, leadership, and engineering excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Define organization-wide electrical hardware architectures and methodologies across platforms * Recommend new technologies and partners to align with the roadmap and business value * Review designs for compliance with standards and guidelines * Lead platform architecture efforts and integrate updates across the architecture * Influence executive leadership and partner with vendors and standard bodies * Mentor less-experienced team members and foster innovation and excellence * Lead multi-board designs and manage schedules, budgets, and resources * Communicate progress and issues to product stakeholders and align with manufacturing and development partners * Drive adoption of new technologies and quality initiatives in projects Tasks * 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering * Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) * Strong knowledge of electrical/hardware design and electronic components integration * Experience with PCBA design, CAD tools, and testing methodologies * Proven ability to architecture complex hardware and manage programs * Track record of innovation including patents in electronics packaging * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to mentor and guide teams across functions Key requirements * Health & Wellbeing benefits * Personal & Professional Development programs * Unconditional Inclusion initiatives
