Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support NIWC LANT and USCYBERCOM programs by establishing and maintaining a configuration management process for hardware, software, documentation, media, and parts. You will work with the CM Lead to ensure accurate configuration data and compliance across complex systems. You will manage change control activities and plan audits to verify configuration integrity, collaborating with stakeholders in a mission-driven environment. This position sits at the intersection of engineering, data management, and government systems, offering impact across critical defense and cyber operations. You will work in a structured, security-cleared setting that emphasizes precise data, H Compensation / Benefits * Establish and maintain a configuration management process for hardware, software, documentation, media, and parts * Identify and verify functional, performance, and physical characteristics of systems and interfaces * Support change control processes (Engineering Change Proposals, Requests for Deviation, Notices of Revision) * Plan and document Functional and Physical Configuration Audits to ensure compliance * Manage hardware/software configuration data using DoD systems such as DITPR Tasks * Understanding basic configuration management principles * Experience with CM tools for status accounting and baseline management * Experience in CM plans, baselines, and change control processes for complex hardware/software systems * Knowledge of engineering change processes (ECPs, RFDs, NORs) * Experience in conducting FCAs and PCAs * Familiarity with DoD data management systems such as DITPR * Active TS/SCI clearance * BS degree with two years experience (or four years in lieu) Key requirements *
