IFS Cloud Functional Lead

Experteer Overview As an IFS Cloud Functional Lead, you plan, analyze, design, and implement IFS Cloud projects for clients. You own functional workstreams on-site and guide onshore/offshore teams toward achieving financial and operational outcomes. You’ll shape processes and configurations, drive organizational readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption. This role offers exposure to high-impact digital transformations in manufacturing and asset-intensive industries. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional workstreams on IFS Cloud implementations and support project managers in design and build phases * Translate client strategy into holistic business and technology transformation * Run workshops to map processes, systems and organization; drive requirements into IFS Cloud configuration * Coordinate and coach functional consultants across onshore and offshore teams * Coach project team members on business process fundamentals and IFS Cloud leading practices * Support daily change management activities and provide coaching to teams * Collaborate with sales and leadership on responses to inquiries and new opportunities * Travel to client sites as needed (hybrid model) with 50%+ on-site expectation Tasks * Minimum 5+ years of IFS experience with functional lead or workstream lead on IFS Cloud/Applications * 5+ years of functional design and business process knowledge across IFS Cloud areas (Finance, SCM & Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, HCM, or Asset & Service Management) with cross-functional integration * Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations as Workstream Lead or Project Lead * Knowledge of leading practices and relevant consulting experience in target industries (Industrials, Manufacturing, Automotive) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 5+ years’ work experience) or 8+ years if associate’s degree * Bonus: IFS Cloud certifications; experience managing distributed teams; migrations from IFS Applications to IFS Cloud * Ability to research client inquiries, handle regulatory issues, and stay updated on industry practices and new tech * Experience leading client workshops, requirements gathering, fit-gap, configuration, and UAT Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
