Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you shape and lead Accenture’s AI Practice for the mid-market SAP segment. You define a scalable AI offerings portfolio, set the go-to-market approach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt enterprise AI assets for mid-market needs. You will build assets, lead delivery, and help teams win and deliver compelling AI-enabled SAP solutions. The position combines technology leadership with client-facing consulting to drive value at speed and scale. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators and packaged solutions * Translate broad Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and budget * Refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets like blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning for the mid-market SAP space and embed AI themes into client conversations * Develop thought leadership content ( POVs, case studies, client presentations) * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP, AI integrations) and partners to access capabilities * Advocate for mid-market investments, tooling adaptations, and resource commitments * Build and mentor AI practitioners, define capability development, and recruit upskill talent * Track AI tech trends, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning to stay current * Travel may be required (0-100% depending on business need) Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with substantial AI/data/analytics experience * 4+ years in scaling a consulting practice, service line, or solution offering * 3+ years in SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and understanding AI in ERP contexts * 2+ years working in a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor-level education or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into client-ready business value narratives * Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite engagement Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
